Educational Qualification: Artika did schooling from St. John School, DLW, Varansi. Her elder brother is a doctor – Dr. B. K. Shukla – who gave her inspiration to become a doctor. She took admission in the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi and completed MBBS in 2013. Later, she got admitted to PGI Chandigarh from where she was doing M. D – Paediatrics when the result of Civil Services came. During her MBBS days, she got inspiration to become a Civil Servant from her another brother – Utkarsh Shukla – who had cracked UPSC CSE in 2012.
