Prajwal Revanna is a rising young politician of Karnataka. His burgeoning political profile is not being seen just because of his association to the Devegowda family, but also because of the fresh thinking he is bringing on the table for all issues related to Karnataka. He has guts to call a spade a spade. His recent remark about the prevailing suitcase culture in JD (Secular) has irked even Deve Gowda. Few analysts have termed his outbursts as raising the flag of revolt for being denied ticket in the upcoming Assembly Election. However, there are many who see him attacking only ‘turncoats’ and ticket aspirants with fat money in pocket.



Needless to say, Prajwal’s attack meant that JDS is giving assembly tickets to people who can give the party leadership ‘suitcases filled with Rupees’.

Biography and Wiki of Prajwal Revanna

Prajwal was born on 5th August, 1990 in Bengaluru in one of the most powerful political families of Karnataka. His father H. D. Revanna is the son of the former Prime Minister and prominent farmer politician of India Mr. H. D. Deve Gowda. His mother Bhavani Revanna is also widely regarded as a lady with very kind heart who is always ready to help people in need.

Prajwal did his entire education from Bengaluru. After completing schooling, he took admission in a prominent private engineering college from where he has completed B. Tech with Mechanical Engineering. He had no plans to go for engineering as a career. Rather, he concentrated on making his presence felt as a young politician. He started to take extensive tours in Musuru and adjoining areas. He got first hand experiencing in managing an election in 2014 Lok Sabha Election when he handled H. D. Deve Gowda campaign from Hasan.

Prajwal Revanna is quite close to his mother Bhavani and brother Suraj. In fact, it is Mrs. Bhavani who is being seen as goading Prajwal to revolt against H. D. Kumaraswami.

Prajwal Revanna is single and is not looking forward to go into any sort of committed relationship. His ambition is to somehow make a foothold in the Karnataka politics and only then he will think about his marriage plans.
