He had a habit of making unsubstantiated and malicious allegations against anyone. He used to go to the extent of abusing public personalities and keeping himself as a victim. He is now on the receiving end of his own policy when one of his close confidantes Kapil Mishra has leveled allegations of corruption against him. Kapil has now been sacked from the cabinet, and no one from AAP seems coming forward to support him. However, he has been known as a man of steel with guts to take on powerful politicians and businessmen head on. His work in exposing Common Wealth Scam is known to everyone.

Arvind Kejriwal and his coterie is now banking on Kapil Mishra immediate family members to rub off charges. It is a known fact that Kapil Mishra mother is a senior Delhi BJP leader. Arvind Kejriwal thinks that he will be able to persuade volunteers and supporters that being the son of a BJP leader, Kapil Mishra can’t be trusted.
AAP is also leveling allegations against Kapil Mishra wife Preety Mishra.

Kapil Mishra is married to Preety Mishra since six years. They knew each other since college days. Like Kapil, Preety has also been a vocal supporter to any effort in clean politics and public life. However, after marriage she took back seat and decided to remain at home and let Kapil do what he always wanted. The couple has a six years old daughter and that was also a reason why Preety didn’t enter the public life.
Kapil Mishra stays with his parents, wife and daughter in his home. It should be noted that his mother didn’t leave BJP even after Kapil became a minister. In fact, she just avoided public meeting and rejected an offer for post in the Delhi unit of the party. She was once a mayor of East Delhi. The family is also close to Mohan Singh Bisht, the BJP heavyweights former MLA whom Kapil Mishra had defeated.


There has also been rumors that Kapil Mishra’s wife Preety is related to Kirti Azad, a rebel MP of BJP. However, there is not an iota of truth behind this fact.
