Karti Chidambaram is an Indian politician belonging to the Indian National Congress. He is the current MP from Sivaganga Constituency in Tamil Nadu. He is also alleged to have ownership of an international network of bogus companies. There are lots of documents coming to the public forum where ill doings of Karti Chidambaram is being exposed. His father and one of the most powerful Indian politicians of the contemporary times has been arrested and jailed because of Karti's alleged illegal business dealings.

Karthi was born and brought up in Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu on 16th November, 1971. His family is one of the richest families of the town. Karti completed his schooling from hometown and later took admission in the University of Texas and then to the prestigious Cambridge University. He has done Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law. He never intended to do practice in a Court like his father, rather he pursued Law Degree to understand intricacies of corporate laws in various countries. He had already made mind to make money in the worst possible manner.

Karti started his business career with his uncle pharmaceutical business. Later he got hooked with Advantage Strategic Consulting. From here, he took keen interest in launching bogus companies and diverting money through tax havens throughout the world. Subramanian Swami and Gopikrishnan of The Pioneer have exposed many of his malicious business interests as well as 21 of his foreign accounts. He is alleged to have earned billion of dollars, all illegal. Subramanian Swami considers him just a pawn and refers him as BC (Bachcha Chor) on his Twitter.

Apart from this, Karti is also a very good Tennis player. He has also been the Vice President of All India Tennis Association.

Karti is married to Dr. Srinidhi Rangarajan who is a practicing medical profession and currently working with a hospital in Chennai. She is also a very good Bharatnatyam dancer. The couple has a daughter named Aditi Nalini Chidambaram.


Dr.Srinidhi Rangarajan is currently the Vice President, Health Communication with Apollo Hospital. It is said that Srinidhi had handled the Jayalalitha fiasco of Apollo in a very good manner and saved face for the group.

Karti Chidambaram has declared net assets of Rs.79 Crores. He has not declared many properties that he owned in many European countries. The documents being released on the public forum can surprise anyone. In just 21 Swiss Accounts of Karti Chidambaram, it is said that he has billion of dollars.
