Aditya Raj Kaul
is a journalist working with Republic News Channel as Editor Foreign Affairs.
He was the face of Times Now when it comes to reporting about Kashmir issues
and international terrorism. Being a Kashmiri Pandit, he deeply understands the
trauma and personal loss that a person has to go through because of terrorism. His
ground reporting exhibits this understanding apart from attempting to guide the
policy makers in right directions to end the impasse. He has become an Indian
expert on conflicts around the world, far much better than veteran Praveen
Swami and Rahul Pandita.
Aditya Raj Kaul
is also a trusted lieutenant of Arnab Goswami. He also put papers from Times
Now few days after Arnab left. He is the member of a small team which
conceptualized and launched Republic Channel. It is heartening to note that
this news channel has made a sort of record when it became No. 1 in its very
first week of inception as per data released by BARC.
Profile of Aditya Raj Kaul
Aditya Raj Kaul
was born in Kashmir valley. Unfortunately, he couldn’t enjoy childhood at his
home. Islamic terrorists started to kill Pandits from valley. Not getting any
support from the Government of the day, almost all Kashmiri Pandits left valley
and relocated in various part of India. Aditya family was settled in New Delhi
from where he did his schooling.
Aditya Raj Kaul
is as old as the forced exile. He recalls how his father is still keeping the
bus tickets he had bought on January 19th, 1990 when a nearby mosque
has announced in the evening that all Hindus male should leave the valley. The
announcement had further conveyed the message that these Hindus should left
their women. His father somehow successfully fled with nine month old Aditya
and his mother.
In India, you
can find many journalists like Barkha Dutt, Rajdeep and Ravish Kumar lamenting
the exile of Syrian around the world. However, they will never say a word
against the exodus of around four lakhs Hindus from Kashmir. These people are
still homelessness. Their kids still feel the pain of not having any ancestral
home. They are scattered around India hoping that one day they will be able to
feel the glorious scent emanating out of the land which belongs to them in
Kashmir. However, that is very unlikely to happen. No one India can help Hindus.
While being in
the school, Aditya had launched a powerful social media campaign named Justice
for Priyadarshini Matto in 2016. He was only 16 years old then and India Today
had recognized him among top 25 Youth Icons.
After completing
schooling from Gyan Bharti School, Saket, Aditya took admission in Ramjas
College, Delhi University from where he had done graduation with Political
Science. Later, he went to Xavier Institute of Communication, Mumbai for Diploma
in Mass Communication. He had also gone to IIM, Bangalore to do Business
Management program for the Media.
He started his
journalism career with The Sunday Indian. In a very short span of time, he
attracted attention because of his powerful writing about conflicts in Middle
East and Kashmir issues. He had also interviewed Narendra Modi. He had also
worked for Planman Media for few months and later joined Times Now. Since then,
there is no looking back for this maverick young Kashmiri Pandit.
Many people
believe that Aditya is quite old. They just got cheated because of his hair. He
is suffering from male pattern thinning and has lost almost all hair from his
front scalp. However, he is only 28 years old. He was born in 1989.
Family and Wife of Aditya Raj Kaul
Aditya Raj Kaul
is currently single. He is also not in any relationship as per information available
in the public domain.
Aditya had once
shared the picture of his family. The pain of exodus is clearly visible in the
eyes of everyone. This pain also reflects the cruel neglect by the Government
of India and majority of social activists towards their cause.
Aditya Raj Kaul
belongs to the same ancestral pattern as that of Jawahar Lal Nehru. As you
might know, the real surname of Jawaharlal Nehru is Kaul.
