People are seeing lots of possibilities in this youngest daughter in law of Mulayam Singh Yadav because of her straight forward and progressive outlook. The real reason behind this rumor is their caste, gotra and roots.

The maiden name of Aparna Yadav is Aparna Singh Bisht. The real name of Yogi Adityanath is Ajay Singh Bisht. What’s more… both of them are from Garhwal of Uttarakhand. And, needless to say, both of them are Thakur/Rajput by caste.
Similarity ends here. Apart from these, there is no relationship between Aparna Yadav and Yogi Adityanath.
