Ratan Tata Raped a Juvenile: Truth Vs. Hype

Ratan Tata, one of the most respected business personalities of contemporary India is in news these days all because of negative news. His personal vendetta with Cyrus Mistry is no more any mystery. The way he convinced Tata Sons board to remove Cyrus Mistry from the coveted post of Chairmain, Tata Group has shocked everyone.

Ratan Tata is currently in the process of choosing a permanent successor to Cyrus Mistry. However, one should not forget that Cyrus was also his personal choice whom he tried to first groom before handing over the charge.

The corporate war laced with personal animosity between Ratan Tata and Cyrus Mistry is going on. Even the subtle displeasure of the Prime Minister of India didn’t help in containing the war of words being bombarded by both sides.

While people are keenly watching this power struggle, a rather shocking news come from the handle of Subramanian Swamy. People who know Swami are aware of the fact that this person never levels any charge without some proof. He is not someone who can help in spreading rumor. He says and follow news only on the basis of some credible truth.

But, his latest revelation will be hard to prove.

Mr. Swamy has said that Ratan Tata had raped a juvenile. He further said that there might be Nira Radia who had supplied Nepali juvenile to Ratan Tata to satisfy his sexual urge.

It should be noted here that there is already some news about Ratan Tata being gay.
In any case, the rape charge on Ratan Tata is shocking. Will Ratan Tata take any legal action again Swamy is not known. But, one should never forget that Swamy is also a smart old man. He writes tweet in a way that can save him from any possibility of legal problem.



For example, in the above tweet he mentioned the name Rotten Tata rather than Ratan Tata. All readers can understand the meaning of Rotten in this context. However, that will not stand on the floor of any Court of India. And hence, Ratan Tata may not file any criminal defamation case against Mr. Swamy.

In any case, it is very hard to believe that Ratan Tata had raped a boy. He might be gay and that’s his personal choice. But, making sexual relationship with a guy below 18 years of age can’t be justified.
